Your Consultation Includes:

• Customized treatment recommendations
• Discussion of expected outcomes and treatment plan
• Virtual or in-person appointment available

Consultation Fee: $75

Applied toward any treatment or procedure you choose. 

Payment Policy:

To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total treatment cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you need to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate your request; however, your appointment must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment date. Due to the specialized regenerative products used for your treatment, which have a limited shelf life, we are unable to extend this timeframe.
